Chose the frames I preferred

Chose the frames I preferred. Chose the three lenses I needed. Added all of the bell and whistles I wanted applied to my lenses. Easily entered and saved my latest prescription. Applied a bonus discount that made the glasses affordable.

Overall I have had nothing but positive…

Overall I have had nothing but positive experiences with ordering from your company. Your try on app is the easiest by far and still not quite perfect as the colors of frames are not true from what I've received nor whats in the picture when using the app. Also, I have checked the try on app with my purchased glasses and the sizing is slightly off showing them on the app slightly smaller than what they actually are on my face. Again, I have been very pleased with 90% of the glasses I've ordered so far with only one pair I didn't love, quality and price are great!

Eyebuydirect does not honor their…

Eyebuydirect does not honor their return policy. They will attempt to coerce you into using return credits on additional products. If you refuse , they simply delay issuing the credit until you give up. Offshore customer service is ineffective and delivers canned responses. “We have contacted accounting “ “We have escalated your concern”. After weeks of delays and false commitments I received my credit via my bank. Avoid this company at all cost.

What if I get my glasses and don't like them can I return them?

A:

In my case they did not honor their "no questions asked within 14 days trial" refund policy. Horrible customer service.

The trial period is actually 14 days if you don't like them or want to exchange them.

I have ordered two pair of progressive and have had really good site in them. Just make sure your PD is correct and they will get them right for you. Hope this helps.

Need glasses with progressive lenses. Mixed reviews, lots of 1 star. complaining about wrong prescription are you trustwortty?

A:

When you get you prescription, be sure to ask you Dr. for them to measure between your eyes. Also let them know your ordering on-line, so to be sure and get all your information. Including what you are choosing, lined or progressive bifocals.

I am trying to purchase a pair of glasses for my husband. I have the script from the doctor but I'm not sure how to enter it. Such as the PD. is 32.0/33.0. The site doesn't allow for those numbers.

A:

In the PD section there is a box to check if there are two numbers. When you check that the two-PD option comes up and you can enter for both the right and left eyes.
